Beef Bacon????
There were samples of this at work recently and I grabbed a couple of packages. I’ve never had Beef Bacon before. I’ve seen it in the grocery store but never thought to buy it because I wasn’t sure what Beef Bacon would be like.
Like pork bacon, beef bacon come from the beef belly.
Give it a little fry up……
Really simple.
Tastes like salty “Steak Umm”
I have a couple more packages to use up so I will have to come up with some ideas.
Will probaly make a really good sammich.

I had some spicy beef broth that I cooked another package in like an italian beef and made a decent sammich with it.
Wow, I need to get out more. Gonna get me some of that

“Kosher” (beef) bacon has been around for a looong time.
I have rachmones on the orthodox Jews (and Muslims, too) never being able to indulge in one of life’s little (major) pleasures.
Steak-umms, wow, childhood memories coming back to life. That and the boil-in-the-bag salsbury steaks were my favorited.
“Boil-In-the-bag” Creamed Chipped Beef was a favorite !
