Since opening in July 2020, the store has seen upscale residents from Santa Monica to the Hollywood Hills increasingly in a panic following several high-profile smash-and-grab and violent home invasion robberies. The apparent siege has brought in a daily stream of anxious business owners and prominent actors, real estate moguls and film execs, says owner Russell Stuart. Most are arming themselves for the first time.

“This morning I sold six shotguns in about an hour to people that say, ‘I want a home defense shotgun,’” says Stuart, whose store is discreetly located in a Beverly Hills office building, with no sign on the doors, down the hall from a diamond dealer. “Everyone has a general sense of constant fear, which is very sad. We’re used to this being like Mayberry.”

Friday Night Out………………….

I’ve never been much of a “go out” guy.  Back when I was younger and healthier I was in  softball leagues in the summer, basketball and floor hockey in the winters, when my older brother was alive, I was in pool leagues.   These days, having to deal with “maskholes”, I don’t go about too much.

The plan Friday was that I would stop and the range on the way home from work and bring Burger King home for dinner.  I had a gift card for “Red Robin” and changed the plan to go there instead and not go to the range.

 

I had the “Scorpion Burger”:

Fire-grilled beef burger topped with Scorpion Pepper Sauce, Pepper-Jack, fried jalapeño coins, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions and jalapeños roasted in Scorpion sauce and roasted garlic aioli on a sesame seed bun.

Yeah, mine didn’t quite look like that.

I ate the entire burger with a knife and a fork because it would have been a giant mess trying to pick it up and as for heat, it was about average for “hot”.  The “unlimited” fires were great !!!

Now, about the “maskholes”, as the maĂźtre ‘d walked us to our seating, he inquired as to wheter or not I had a mask.

I said “Yes, but it’s really hard to eat with it.”

We only had to wear the face diaper until we got seated.

Anyhoo, the wife wanted to also visit Farm & Fleet to look at some winter boots.

I headed directly to the ammo section knowing full well that there would be nothing I could use, but might just get lucky.

 

Nope, nothing for me.

Because I don’t go cruising around much anymore, I noticed for the first time, a couple of auto dealerships that had almost empty lots.  THANKS JOE !!!!!!!!!!!

ActBlue accumulated a cash hoard of at least $172.8 million by the end of 2020 while simultaneously claiming it does not profit from the 3.95% processing fee it charges to politicians that fundraise with the platform.

ActBlue’s nonprofit processing arm has reported paying income taxes on its profits every year since 2013, IRS records show.

From 2013 through 2020, ActBlue’s PAC raked in $147.7 million in “tips” from small-dollar Democratic donors, Federal Election Commission records show.

Multiple election law attorneys said ActBlue’s fundraising tactics raise serious legal concerns.

 

Democrats can’t help themselves.  It’s who they are and what they do.  And other Democrats don’t care.

Politicians and political committees that raise funds on ActBlue are charged a 3.95% fee on every dollar they raise, paid to ActBlue Technical Services (ABTS), the network’s credit card processing arm. ABTS is a 527 nonprofit political group that reports its finances monthly to the IRS.

No, we’re not talking about Facebook—we’ve already detailed the frightening consequences of Facebook’s sneaky, privacy-invading and security-breaking “user research” program. This is Google’s “ScreenWise Meter,” another “research program” that, much like Facebook’s, caused an upheaval this week when it was exposed.

In order to spy on iOS users, Facebook took advantage of Apple’s enterprise application program to get around Apple’s strict app distribution rules. When news of this Facebook program hit earlier this week, Google scrambled to pull the plug on its own “user research” application, which was taking advantage of the same Apple program. Apple quickly revoked both organizations’ Enterprise Certificates, shutting down all of Facebook’s and Google’s internal iOS applications and tooling, leaving the two giants in disarray.

The reason I’m asking is because I received this in the mail:

Basically, you install a Google router and an app on all of your devices and  Google monitors your activity “anonymously.”

Could get $125 right away, that’s some gas/ammo money.

Nah, actually it’s pretty easy to say “NO” to this.

I don’t trust Google and I don’t want to “help” Google in any way either.

If they tell us that they have skills in an area of our labor market that we have a shortage of, well shit !!!!! We MIGHT let you in.

AG William Barr given power to declassify documents on surveillance activities into Trump campaign

President Trump has given Attorney General William Barr “full and complete authority to declassify information” related to the origins of the federal investigation into possible ties between the Trump campaign and Russia.

The move is the strongest sign yet that Trump is taking serious action to “investigate the investigators” and has found a willing champion in Barr, who rankled Democrats last month when he said “spying did occur” on the Trump campaign.

The White House issued a memorandum to the heads of several agencies Thursday instructing them to cooperate with Barr’s inquiry, including the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Department, the State Department, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Treasury Department, the Homeland Security Department, and the Energy Department.

“Today, at the request and recommendation of the Attorney General of the United States, President Donald J. Trump directed the intelligence community to quickly and fully cooperate with the Attorney General’s investigation into surveillance activities during the 2016 Presidential election,” White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.

“The Attorney General has also been delegated full and complete authority to declassify information pertaining to this investigation, in accordance with the long-established standards for handling classified information,” she added. “Today’s action will help ensure that all Americans learn the truth about the events that occurred, and the actions that were taken, during the last Presidential election and will restore confidence in our public institutions.”

 

For many of us that have been following this fluster cluck from day one,nothing that comes out is going to be groundbreaking or earth shattering, it will just be confirmation and documentation.

Hopefully, what does get released will sway lots and lots of “average” Americans that haven’t followed this very well.

We’ve been screaming for years now about getting some of these documents declassified and un-redacted and there have been an unlimited number of political reasons it couldn’t be done.  Well, with the Mueller farce completed, it’s time to “RELEASE THE KRAKEN !!!!”

My best thought is AG Barr will release a report that tells the story from start to finish, in a way that is irrefutable and 100% documented so much that even the pathetic MSM and Democrats (redundancy noted) will have to accept it.

The process of counter investigations to defend Trump and expose the crimes of the Obama administration has moved at a disappointingly glacial pace.  I don’t expect Barr to finish until late 2019 and it definitely needs to be completed and released in time for the Democrat primaries in 2020.  The Democrat Candidate Clown Car Posse needs to be asked about the report and have their responses on record.

The incident happened on April 13 in the area of the 18000 block of Cottage Garden Dr. According to Montgomery County Police, Crawford and Roberson approached the victim, who was wearing a MAGA hat, and asked why he had it on. Before walking away, the victim told the suspects that he was entitled to his own views.

Authorities say the pair then repeatedly struck the victim, demanding that he take off the hat. When the man fell to the ground, Crawford and Roberson stole and destroyed his belongings.

Free Advice for President Not Hillary,

Mr. President, while you are currently winning in control of the illegal immigration debate, please be very cautious.  Congressional Republicans have become experts at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

Here’s the free advice:

Please take a page from President Reagan and bypass the media, speak directly to the American people and tell them that “The issue of illegal immigration is extremely complex and very important, so important that it should not be a tacked on feature to a continuing resolution.  This issue must be presented to the American electorate so that there is an open debate, rather than just cramming it down our throats.”

You can dress it up a little better.

Free advice is worth what you pay for it.

I am actually going to contradict myself here for a moment.

The issue of illegal immigration is rather simple:

ENFORCE THE CURRENT FUCKING LAWS !!!!!!!!!!!!

Not rocket surgery to figure that out.

The “DACA” issue is far more complex to which I do not have a simple solution to, but there cannot be a solution until the current laws are enforced.

Trump’s win  of the Presidency came from two brilliant strategic moves early on:

1  As a third party crackpot candidate, he snuck his way into the Republican primary and was allowed to stay there.

For no reason, my internet homepage is Yahoo.   Yahoo “News” is truly news for idiots.  At any given time, 50% of the “news” are links to Huffpo, so you already know what kind of crap that is going to be.

But today when I saw the Yahoo page, almost every story was about how everyone in America thinks President “Not Hillary” is wrong about the National Anthem protests.

After several policy misfires (including DACA), Trump is getting the MSM to rally the people that support him !

The dimwits that support the National Anthem protests, are already the dimwits that won’t support Trump.

The MSM and all the other liberals (redundancy noted) don’t understand that only Trump can lose Trump supporters.  As the past Presidential campaign proved, the MSM/Liberals can’t defeat him.

 

I would like to apologize

I would like to apologize first and foremost to all Conservatives in America.

I would also like to apologize to most all other Americans except trump supporters or Democrat voters.

I am sorry because:

At first, I thought having trump in the Republican race was a good thing because he was free to be able to say things that we all wanted to hear and have as part of a national discussion (like closing the Mexican border).  As hard as the Democrats and the MSM (redundancy noted) tried to shame trump into apologizing, he never backed down.

I never really took trump as a serious candidate.  I never thought that he would quit or drop out, but I never thought that he would have the success that he currently is having.

He has become an embarrassment, boor, oaf, buffoon and quite frankly, a liberal Democrat candidate.  Most of all, he’s become a serious threat to America in that if we do not elect a Conservative this year, we may well have lost America for good. (Yeah, every generation thinks that “this is the end”, but this really could be if we don’t stop and actually reverse the Marxist Obama onslaught that has been foisted upon us.)

I’m not at all sure what I could have done early on, but I am now completely embarrassed to have ever given any tacit support to trump.
