I am trying to identify several cars that my Great-Grandfather owned 1900-1930.
The first one is below.
Both of these cars appear to be the same kind of vehicle. The best I could come up with searching the intertubes is that it might be a Stearns steam car. My Great-Grandfather operated Port Huron steam engines on his farm, so it fits that he may get a steam car. A newspaper clipping stated that he purchased a car in 1903.
Can anyone identify the below automobiles?
I keep coming back hoping someone has answered.
Your best bet is to post them to Twitter, with attention to @iowahawkblog and (this is important) tag it with #DavesCarIDService
Not sure if Dave does cars that old, but it is your best bet…
Dave is the bomb
Also, these are very cool!
