A man accused of killing 13 people at a Texas army base in 2009 has been told to shave his beard before his murder trial, or have it forcibly removed.
Major Nidal Hasan argued he had grown it in compliance with his Muslim faith.
But a military judge said the 41-year-old had failed to prove sincere religious reasons for wearing the beard, which is against army rules
Strap him down and shave away !!!
It’s amazing that Hasan has been allowed to delay the trial this long based on his “faith”.
“We’re gonna give you a fair trial, followed by a first class hanging…”
It isn’t often that capital cases are as open and shut as this is as far as the GUILT of the accused, so I think that it’s a travesty that this has taken fore than 90 days to resolve.
Absolute agreement. Now, we normally hang, or shoot, or fry, or inject. I’m thinking if this POS wants to claim pisslam as hit religion, we need to try beheading!
